Welcome to WinTap ("the App"), a habit and daily-win tracker developed and operated by Socio Marker ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using WinTap in any way, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
WinTap lets you log small daily wins and habits with a single tap, organize them into categories, and track streaks over time. It is provided as a free personal productivity tool.
WinTap uses Google Sign-In as its only sign-in method. You need a valid Google account to use the App, and you're responsible for keeping that account secure. We are not responsible for activity on your WinTap account resulting from a compromised Google account.
WinTap is currently free to use, with no paid plans or in-app purchases. If this changes in the future, we will update these Terms and let users know in advance of any new paid features.
Category names, icons, and win entries you create ("Your Content") remain yours. By using the App, you give us permission to store and display Your Content back to you as part of providing the service. Please don't use category names or content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights.
All wins, streaks, and categories are tied to your Google account. You can stop using the App at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at info@sociomarker.com.
The WinTap name, logo, and app design are owned by Socio Marker. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond normal personal use of the App.
WinTap relies on Google Sign-In for authentication and Google Analytics for basic, aggregated usage insights. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.
WinTap is provided "as is." We do our best to keep streaks, counts, and data accurate, but we don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Socio Marker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, WinTap — including loss of logged data.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App for any account found to be violating these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use section above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of WinTap after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
