This Privacy Policy explains how Socio Marker ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use WinTap ("the App"). We built WinTap to be simple and free, and we only collect what's needed to make it work.
From Google Sign-In: when you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, and a unique Google account ID with us. This is how we create and recognize your WinTap account — we never see or store your Google password.
App data you create: the categories you add, the icons you choose, and the timestamp of every win you log. This is the core data that powers your streaks, counts, and weekly activity view.
Basic usage analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand overall usage patterns (like which pages are visited) in an aggregated, non-identifying way. We don't use this for ad targeting.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Your information is only accessible to:
Your data is stored in a password-protected database with reasonable technical safeguards in place. That said, no online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage you not to put sensitive personal information into category names.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and all associated data permanently deleted, email us at info@sociomarker.com and we'll action it.
WinTap uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics may also set its own cookies to measure usage. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@sociomarker.com.
WinTap is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Sign-in is also subject to Google's own account age requirements.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
